Each session will be run by at least two members of staff. We meet minimum staff/child ratios in all sessions and where possible we follow best practice ratios. This means that there is at least one adult for every four two year olds, and at least one adult for every eight three or four year olds.
Each child has a named ‘key person’ who is responsible for understanding their needs and for working closely with the child’s family. We are committed to the professional development of all our staff who regularly attend training to keep them up to date with relevant practices.
